Yummo Meat Loaf

Meatloaf you'll make again and again. I serve this with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies of choice, and hot cresent rolls.
Ingredients
- Meatloaf: shopping list
- 1.5 lbs ground beef shopping list
- 1 package ground breakfast sausage shopping list
- 1 med chopped sweet white onion shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 cup ketcup shopping list
- 3 TBLSP Worchestershire Sauce shopping list
- 3/4 sleeve saltines, crushed into crumbs shopping list
- 2 beaten small eggs shopping list
- Glaze: shopping list
- 1/2 cup ketcup shopping list
- 3 TBLSP Worchestershire Sauce shopping list
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar shopping list
- 8 strips of bacon shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients for meatloaf well.
- Divide into two small loaves.
- Mix together glaze ingredients and top each loaf generously.
- Lay 4 strips of bacon across each loaf.
- Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
