Meatloaf you'll make again and again. I serve this with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies of choice, and hot cresent rolls.

Ingredients
  • Meatloaf:
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 package ground breakfast sausage
  • 1 med chopped sweet white onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup ketcup
  • 3 TBLSP Worchestershire Sauce
  • 3/4 sleeve saltines, crushed into crumbs
  • 2 beaten small eggs
  • Glaze:
  • 1/2 cup ketcup
  • 3 TBLSP Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 8 strips of bacon

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients for meatloaf well.
  2. Divide into two small loaves.
  3. Mix together glaze ingredients and top each loaf generously.
  4. Lay 4 strips of bacon across each loaf.
  5. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
