Apple Streusel Coffeecake

APPLE STREUSEL COFFEECAKE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Baker Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1999.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose baking mix shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ground shopping list
- 2/3 cup sweetened applesauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1/4 cup all purpose baking mix shopping list
- 2 teaspoons firm butter shopping list
- 1/4 cups packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon shopping list
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Grease a round baking pan well.
- Mix all ingredients except topping until moistened then spread in pan.
- Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over top.
- Bake in a preheated 400 oven for 25 minutes then allow to cool 5 minutes and serve warm.
