Tilapia Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 Tilapia fillets
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • Greek Seasoning
  • dash of hot pepper sauce
  • Sliced almonds

Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine cheese, butter ,mayonnaise ,onions, dash of hot pepper sauce and Greek Seasoning
  2. Place two fillets in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with half the lemon juice.
  3. Spread half the cheese and butter mixture on the fillets and stack the last two fillets on top.
  4. Sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice.
  5. Cover with the remaining cheese and butter mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with more Greek Seasoning and sliced almonds. Bake until bubbling and brown around the edges about 25 minuters at 350 degrees
