Very Rich Chocolate Mousse Recipe

This mousse is so so rich that you would only need a couple of teaspoons to fill you right up !!

Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 30g unsalted butter
- 3 eggs seperated
- 300mL carton thickened cream, whipped
Directions
- Place chocolate in heat proof bowl
- Place over pan of simmering water, Stir till melted, remove from heat
- Add butter, stir in egg yolks, 1 at a time
- Pour mixture into bowl, Cover, Cool
- Beat egg whites in bowl until soft peaks form
- Fold cream and egg whites into chocolate.
- Pour into serving dishes and Place in fridge over night
- Add chocolate Flakes to top, if preferred
