How to make it

  • Place chocolate in heat proof bowl
  • Place over pan of simmering water, Stir till melted, remove from heat
  • Add butter, stir in egg yolks, 1 at a time
  • Pour mixture into bowl, Cover, Cool
  • Beat egg whites in bowl until soft peaks form
  • Fold cream and egg whites into chocolate.
  • Pour into serving dishes and Place in fridge over night
  • Add chocolate Flakes to top, if preferred
