This delicious recipe makes a cup of wonderful crab spread. I found this on a seafood website.

Ingredients
  • 6 oz. crabmeat, shell pieces and cartilage removed
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil (1/2 tbl if dried)
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 8 oz. whipped cream cheese
  • Crackers, vegetables or toasted baguettes

Directions
  1. Whip cream cheese to room temperature. Add crabmeat, parsley, basil and green onion to cream cheese mixture. Serve at room temperature. May be prepared in advance. Serve with crackers, vegetables or toasted baguettes.
