great on a cold evening and goes great with rice.

Ingredients
  • 16-oz can of red beans/ or pinto beans
  • 16-oz can of crushed tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • half of a onion chopped
  • 2 Tbsp of italian / or cajun seasoning
  • tabasco sauce to taste
  • 1 lb. of smoked sausage sliced up into small pieces

Directions
  1. combine all ingredients in slow cooker
  2. cover with lid,and cook on low for 7 - 8 hours
  3. serve on your favorite rice
