Chicken Club Pasta Salad Recipe
This is a yummy pasta salad. I usually serve the avocado on the side, for people to add in if they so choose.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz corkscrew or spiral pasta
  • ¾ c Italian dressing
  • ¼ c mayonnaise
  • 2 c chopped, cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 1 c Muenster or Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
  • 12 strips crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 c each chopped celery and green pepper
  • 8 oz cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

Directions
  1. Cook and drain the pasta according to the package directions and rinse it with cold water.
  2. Whisk the dressing with the mayonnaise in a large bowl, then stir in the pasta and remaining ingredients.
  3. Chill.

I have to try this. The avocodos from Florida are abundant up here right now and this sounds really good. Chicken , pasta and avocado!!!


I used the Muenster and the dish was fabulous.


A perfect summer lunch. Sounds yummy as all get out ... and easy too!


This is a wonderful salad. I took it for an Easter lunch and it was a hit! You get a 5! I put the avocado on the side for people to add. It truely is a delicious salad! THANKS!!!!!!
