Ingredients

How to make it

  • Add to Bowl Mayo, 1 Cup of Crackers, Onion, Egg, Crab Meat and Salmon.
  • Mix well
  • Put in fridge for ½ hour
  • Place Oil in skillet and heat. Oil is ready when the oil sizzles
  • Take from fridge and form mixture into palm sized patties for burger size Or use a spoon to scoop for smaller bite sized. Mixture will be slightly sticky
  • Place in remaining Bread crumbs, both sides
  • Place in skillet
  • Cook approx 4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown
  • When removing from skillet place on a paper towel to soak up the excess oil
  • ****IF you dont like Salmon, replace it with another package of crab meat.. just as yummy!!****
  • **When opening the crap meat place on a paper towel and dab. This takes the excess moisture out so the mixture doesnt get to sloppy.**

Thanks for this great recipe.... and of course we can use regular crab meat! I wonder if Old Bay Seasoning could replace the Crushed Red Pepper? I'll have to try this after Irish Day. And I bet the salmon-crab combo would go good in a Quiche (I made a salmon-crab quiche for my oldest daughter last weekend and she loved it - but there was only a tiny bit of salmon in it.)

Can't wait to try this. When the salmon start running up here we'll have plenty of fresh salmon and when crab legs are on sale we always have it. Great post:o)
