Nutty Naan Khatai Or Cookies

- 2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 cup ghee shopping list
- 1 tbsp baking powder shopping list
- 3 tbsp milk powder shopping list
- 4 tsp vanilla essence shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds/pistachios/peanuts shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 180 C/350 F. Lightly coat a large baking tray with butter.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, and milk powder in a mixing bowl.
- Beat the ghee and sugar in a separate bowl till it is light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla essence.
- Fold in the flour mixture & nuts and mix until it is smooth.
- Divide the dough into 24 equal portions, then flatten the dough and
- form a circular shape with your palms. Keep pressing the edges to form a smooth cookie.
- Arrange on the baking tray,2 inches apart.
- Bake them for 10-12 mins, or until done.
- Remove from the oven, let them cool down to room temperature, then store them in an air-tight container.
