Easy Bananas Foster Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 cup european style salted butter
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon rum extract
- 1 teaspoon banana extract
- 4 slices pre made cheesecake
Directions
- Cut peeled bananas into 1/2 inch slices, set aside.
- Melt butter with sugar and cinnamon in large pan on medium high 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly
- Stir in lemon juice, rum extract, and banana extract.
- Add bananas and cook 1-2 minutes, stirring often.
- Serve immediately over cheesecake.
