Ingredients

2 bananas

1/4 cup european style salted butter

3/4 cup light brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon rum extract

1 teaspoon banana extract

4 slices pre made cheesecake

Directions

Cut peeled bananas into 1/2 inch slices, set aside.

Melt butter with sugar and cinnamon in large pan on medium high 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly

Stir in lemon juice, rum extract, and banana extract.

Add bananas and cook 1-2 minutes, stirring often.

Serve immediately over cheesecake.

THIS SOUNDS GREAT. I MAKE A HOMECHEESE CAKE ABOUT ONCE EVERY 2 OR 3 MONTHS. THERE A SOOOO MANY STEPS BUT IT IS WONDERFUL.. THIS WOULD BE A GREAT TOPPING. I WAS WANTING SOMETHING OTHER THAN THE NORMAL STRAWBERRIES OR BLUEBERRIES. THANKS FOR THE POST
