Mac And Fontina Cheese

                    - 1/4 cup of butter shopping list
 - 1 cup of chopped onion shopping list
 - 2 tbs of flour shopping list
 - 1 tea salt shopping list
 - 3 cups milk shopping list
 - 8 oz uncooked elbow macaroni shopping list
 - 4 oz (1 cup) chopped Fontina cheese shopping list
 - 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Melt the butter in a large sauce pan
 - add the onions and saute for about 3 min
 - stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute while stirring (low heat)
 - add the milk and bring to a simmer stirring frequently (low heat)
 - add the uncooked elbows and cover
 - let cook for about 8-9 minutes over low heat - stir occasionally
 - remove from heat and stir in the Fontina and Parmesan cheese
 - mix well
 - cover and let stand for a couple of minutes-until the cheese is melted-and serve
