This cheesy chicken sandwich with a hint of bacon is a great little I just want something type of bite! The amount of serving depends on the number of sandwiches. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • Boneless skinless chicken breast ( 1 per sandwich)
  • Provolone cheese
  • Baby swiss cheese
  • Enough already cooked bacon to have 3 to 4 slices per sandwich.
  • Kaiser Rolls (warm)
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Mayo, Honey Dijon Mustard etc.(really whatever toppings you prefer)

Directions
  1. Coat both side of the chicken breast with olive oil.
  2. Place onto grill, shear both sides to seal in the juices. ( I use a George Foreman Grill) this can also be done on the stove top.
  3. Cook the chicken until done
  4. Place one slice of provolone cheese and 1 slice of Baby swiss cheese on top of the chicken and melt till gooey.
  5. Place your 3 to 4 slices of bacon on top of the cheese.
  6. Place entire chicken breast onto a warm Kaiser roll.
  7. Add your favorite topping and simply Enjoy.
