Use as a rub on grilled or roasted meats, sprinkle on root vegetables and toss with olive oil before roasting, sprinkle onto hot popcorn or use as a condiment for sautéed vegetables.
Any combination of herb and spices would work.

What do you mean by Mexican oregano? Cilantro?

A delicious and essential part of the Mexican pantry. Similar to European Oregano, but with a slight citrus twist, Mexican Oregano really shines when it's been toasted for a moment or two on a hot, dry skillet. Use in sauces, in salsas or anywhere authentic, savory flavor is required! You can find it online.I buy it from Rancho Gorda. But you can check at your supermarket in spice isle.
