Seafood Casserole

- 2 (4 1/4 oz) cans of baby shrimp shopping list
- 1 (6 oz) can crabmeat (or pink salmon) shopping list
- 1 (6 oz) can tuna shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups cooked vermicelli shopping list
- 2 egg whites lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup light mayonaise (I use Dukes light) shopping list
- 1/2 cup light sour cream shopping list
- 1 can tomato soup shopping list
- 1/2 onion diced shopping list
- 1/2 medium size green pepper diced shopping list
- bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Break vermicelli before cooking and cook a few minutes less than package directions and drain.
- Drain all seafood and check for bone or shell.
- Combine ingredients except bread crumbs and butter into a lightly sprayed (pam) 9 inch square dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes then top with bread crumbs and pour butter over them.
- Bake an additional 15 minutes.
- Leftovers can be frozen.
