How to make it

  • Break vermicelli before cooking and cook a few minutes less than package directions and drain.
  • Drain all seafood and check for bone or shell.
  • Combine ingredients except bread crumbs and butter into a lightly sprayed (pam) 9 inch square dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes then top with bread crumbs and pour butter over them.
  • Bake an additional 15 minutes.
  • Leftovers can be frozen.

    Do you ever have leftovers to freeze? I am sure the only way that we would is to make 2 and not tell anyone.
