Years ago I made bran muffins but somehow lost the recipe. All I remember is that there was molasses in 'em. Can't wait to try these!

Another dietary need of mine is applesauce. Discovered that warming one of the Waxahachie Snackie Muffins and then pouring applesauce over it was way way yummy. Hmm,hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm.

Just made my first "Batch o' Waxahachie" !

It's the first time in thirty years I've been near an oven, too.

The muffins were delicious. I needed the combination of wheat bran and molasses in a convenient format to replace what I am not getting in my diet any longer now that Kraft has discontinued the instant hot drink Postum.

    Thanks again for this recipe.
