Cucumber Salad Recipe

How to make it

  • Cook time is chill time
  • On a baking sheet lay cucumber out in single layer and sprinkle with salt
  • Set aside for 30 minutes
  • Drain well
  • Combine cucumber, onion, and radishes in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
  • Pour over cucumber mixture and mix to coat
  • Cover and chill for 1 hour.
