Tried and true. This is so good. It's easy to make but always makes a strong statement in the flavor department. You can also use crab meat in place of the salmon if you desire. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped white onion
  • 1/4 cup green pepper chopped
  • 2 cups medium egg noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup salmon drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Cook onion and green pepper in butter until soft.
  2. Combine with noodles, soup and salmon.
  3. Place in casserole dish and top with cheese.
  4. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
