Devon Almond spoon handle cakes

- 6oz SR flour shopping list
- 3oz caster sugar shopping list
- 6oz block marg shopping list
- 1 tblspn water shopping list
- 2 tspn almond essence shopping list
- raspberry jam shopping list
How to make it
- Rub marg into flour until crumbly.
- Add sugar, water and essence and squeeze together like shortbread.
- Roll into golf ball size balls and drop into paper cases in a bun tin.
- Make holes with the handle of a wooden spoon and fill the cavity with raspberry jam (or similar).
- Bake for 15-20mins until golden brown.
