This is my own recipe that I came up with after "tweaking" as recipe from one of our local church's cookbooks. It's outstanding.

Ingredients
  • 1 bag of frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 1 package of pre-cooked bacon, microwave prepared and crumbled
  • (8-oz) sour cream
  • 1/3-cup Ranch Salad Dressing
  • (8-oz) shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • Tony’s Seasoning (to taste)

Directions
  1. Melt margarine.
  2. Mix all ingredients except cheese for top.
  3. Add salt, pepper and Tony’s seasoning to taste.
  4. Top with cheese , cover and bake at 350̊ for 45 minutes.
  5. Uncover and cook 5 more minutes.
