How to make it

  • Melt margarine.
  • Mix all ingredients except cheese for top.
  • Add salt, pepper and Tony’s seasoning to taste.
  • Top with cheese , cover and bake at 350̊ for 45 minutes.
  • Uncover and cook 5 more minutes.

    This recipe being in the company of "Louisiana Ladies" and "Good Down Home Southern Food", is it fairly safe to assume that Tony's last name is Chachere? ;-) (LUV that stuff... I use it in my Jambalaya and then set it on the table along with Frank's Red Hot Sauce for those who like to jack it up a notch)
