Chicken And Stuffing Casserole Recipe
I love casseroles, especially this one and it's a recipe that my sister gave to me a few years back. So easy and it surprised me how the apple juice in this just sweetened it up and made the savory tastes just jump out at you!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 12 slices of swiss cheese
  • 1 cup of unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 can (10¾ oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1½ cups plain stuffing
  • 1 stick of butter (melted)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl mix together soup and apple juice and pour over chicken in the casserole dish.
  4. In a separate bowl mix together stuffing and butter. Spread over the top of chicken in the casserole dish.
  5. Layer swiss cheese on top and bake covered for around 50 minutes and uncovered for 10 minutes.
