HOT BEER SOUP ---HEISSE BIERSUPPE

- 3 12OZ BOTTLES OF beer shopping list
- 1/2 CUP sugar shopping list
- 4 egg yolks shopping list
- 1/3 CUP sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 TSP salt shopping list
- FRESHLY ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- POUR BEER AND SUGAR INTO A HEAVY SAUCEPAN. BRING TO A BOIL OVER HIGH HEAT. IN SMALL BOWL, BEAT THE EGG YOLKS WITH A WIRE WHISK AND BEAT IN THE SOUR CREAMA LITTLE AT A TIME. STIR ABOUT 1/4 CUP OF THE HOT BEER INTO THE MIXTURE AND THEN WHISK IT INTO THE BEER. ADD CINNAMON, SALT AND A FEW GRINDING OF PEPPER, STIIRING CONSTANTLY, UNTIL SOUP THICKENS SLIGHTLY. PLACED IN SOUP TUREEN OR BOWLS.
