Gluten Free Blondie-Nut Bars

- 1/2 c stick margarine shopping list
- 2/3 c brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 5 oz lite silken tofu, pureed shopping list
- 1c brown rice flour shopping list
- 1/2 c defatted soy flour shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp sea salt shopping list
- 1 c chopped hazelnuts shopping list
- 2/3 c toffee bits shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x13" pan.
- Cream margarine, sugar, vanilla and tofu puree.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well. (Dough should be pretty smooth, but thick)
- Fold in nuts and toffee bits.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Cool and enjoy!
