How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x13" pan.
  • Cream margarine, sugar, vanilla and tofu puree.
  • Add dry ingredients and mix well. (Dough should be pretty smooth, but thick)
  • Fold in nuts and toffee bits.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Cool and enjoy!
