Another of my dearest sisters recipes she has shared with us. It is honesly finder licking good. Enjoy

Ingredients
- 3lbs baby back ribs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1tsp all purpose flour
- 1tbsp dry mustard powder
- 1tbsp chilli powder
- 1tsp salt & pepper each
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1/8tsp hot peppersauce (optional)
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 green pepper, seeded & chopped
Directions
- Cut ribs into sections of bite-sized pieces
- Place in 3qrt casserole or small roaster
- SWtir next 6 ingrediens in medium bowl.
- Add next 4 ingredients
- Mix
- Pour over ribs
- Cover
- Bake in 325 deg F over for 1 hour
- Scatter onion & green pepper over the top
- Cover
- Cook in 300 deg F oven for 1 1/2 hours
