Chilean Sea-bass Marinated In Sake Lees Gindara Kasuzuke Recipe
This fish dish is an exotic accompaniment for Jasmine white rice and stril fry vegetables. My guests ooh, aah over this !

Ingredients
  • 4 - 6 oz Chilean Sea-bass
  • Marinade:
  • 6 ounces (2/3 cup) sake lees – can be bought at Japanese or Oriental Grocery
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) Mirin
  • 8 ounces (1 cup) water
  • 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger

Directions
  1. Combine marinade ingredients well. Marinate fish, refrigerate at least 18 hours.
  2. Broil or bake fillets 13 to 15 minutes or until fish is opaque.
