- 4 - 6 oz Chilean Sea-bass shopping list
- Marinade: shopping list
- 6 ounces (2/3 cup) sake lees – can be bought at Japanese or Oriental Grocery shopping list
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) mirin shopping list
- 8 ounces (1 cup) water shopping list
- 2 teaspoons light soy sauce shopping list
- 6 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger shopping list
How to make it
- Combine marinade ingredients well. Marinate fish, refrigerate at least 18 hours.
- Broil or bake fillets 13 to 15 minutes or until fish is opaque.
