Pasta Primavera

- 8 to 12 ounces uncooked rotini shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 (28-ounce) can chopped tomatoes shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli, chopped and cooked shopping list
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas and carrots, cooked shopping list
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed shopping list
- 3/4 cup grated romano cheese, divided shopping list
How to make it
- Cook rotini according to package directions until al dente. Drain. Turn into serving bowl. Keep warm.
- Meanwhile, sauté garlic in olive oil in deep skillet over low heat. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli, peas and carrots, chicken and 1/2 cup cheese. Stir well. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over rotini. Toss to coat. Sprinkle remaining cheese on
