How to make it

  • Cook rotini according to package directions until al dente. Drain. Turn into serving bowl. Keep warm.
  • Meanwhile, sauté garlic in olive oil in deep skillet over low heat. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli, peas and carrots, chicken and 1/2 cup cheese. Stir well. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over rotini. Toss to coat. Sprinkle remaining cheese on

    This is my favorite. I have to use canned tomato's-can't get decent creoles anymore-but watcha gonna do, it's still delish. Thanks hon.
