Ingredients

How to make it

  • combine chocolate and 3 tbsp cream in top of double boiler. Heat until smooth, stirring occasionally.
  • Gradually stir in rum, if desired; remove top pan from heat. Let stand at room temp to cool for 15 minutes.
  • Combine cream and vanilla in small chilled bowl. Beat at low speed, then gradually increase speed until stiff, but not dry, peaks form.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into cooled chocolate mixture until uniform in color. Spoon into 4 individual desert dishes.
  • Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours until firm.
  • Garnish with additional whipped cream.
