Blender Fruit Pops Recipe
This is a fun treat for the kid in you, your kids, Grandkids, your brothers, sisters, nephews kids!!! Enjoy!!!

Ingredients
  • 10 oz pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 pint pineapple sherbet
  • 12 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 12 small, paper cups
  • 12 popsicle sticks

Directions
  1. In a blender, combine frozen strawberries and one-third of the cold water.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in pineapple sherbet, cover and blend well.
  4. Pour into a large pitcher; stir in orange juice concentrate and remaining cold water.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Pour into small, paper drink cups; cover with aluminum foil.
  7. For handles, insert Popsicle sticks through slits cut in the foil. Freeze for three hours or until firm.
  8. Peel away cups to serve.

The kids really enjoyed the popstickels. I also tried using grapes instead of strawberries which come out nice as well.
