Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Oil
- 3 pounds Chicken ; cut into pieces
- 28 ounces Italian-Style Diced Tomatoes
- 4 ounces mushrooms ; drained
- 1 medium onion ; chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper ; cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- Salt And Pepper ; to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in 12-inch skillet add chicken pieces.
- Cook over medium-high heat, turning once, until browned (10 to 12 minutes).
- Add all remaining ingredients.
- Cover; continue cooking until chicken is no longer pink (30 to 40 minutes).
- Serve with pasta.
