How to make it

  • Prepare the yogurt by placing it in a strainer lined with cheesecloth that has been set over a bowl. The bowl should be large enough so that the strainer does not touch the bottom. Cover loosely and store in refrigerator overnight. Discard any juices that collect in the bowl.
  • Mix all ingredients well, cover and store in refrigerator overnight before serving.
  • Serve with pita, pita chips, as a relish, on burgers, or use as a vegetable dip.
