brussels sprouts with shallot and capers

How to make it
- wash and trim brussels sprouts
- steam until fork tender
- in separate pan cook sliced shallot in olive oil until transluscent
- add cooked sprouts
- add chicken broth until about 1/3 way up the sprouts
- cook on low until most of the chicken broth is gone
- add capers and butter until butter is melted
