Spicy Peach Glazed Pork Chops

- 1 cup peach preserves shopping list
- 1.5 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp Chile Paste shopping list
- 4 ea boneless pork chops shopping list
- 4 pinch ground ginger shopping list
- 4 pinch ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine shopping list
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, mix together first 3 ingredients. Rinse chops and pat dry. Season chops with ginger, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sear chops, 2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Deglaze pan with white wine. Stir in peach preserve mixture. Return chops to pan and flip to coat with sauce. Reduce heat, and cook until done depending on thickness of your chops.
