How to make it

  • In a small bowl, mix together first 3 ingredients. Rinse chops and pat dry. Season chops with ginger, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sear chops, 2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Deglaze pan with white wine. Stir in peach preserve mixture. Return chops to pan and flip to coat with sauce. Reduce heat, and cook until done depending on thickness of your chops.
