Barbecue Cups

- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1 small onion, diced shopping list
- 1/2 -3/4 cup bottled barbecue sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1 10- ounce can buttermilk biscuit dough ( pre-made) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Saute ground beef and onion until meat is brown.Drain in a colander. In a medium bowl, mix with barbecue sauce and brown sugar.
- Fill non-stick muffin pan first with a thin layer of biscuit dough and then with the barbecue mixture. Top it off with most of the cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 F.
- After 18 minutes, top barbecue cups with remaining cheddar cheese and finish baking until the biscuits are cooked.
