How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Saute ground beef and onion until meat is brown.Drain in a colander. In a medium bowl, mix with barbecue sauce and brown sugar.
  • Fill non-stick muffin pan first with a thin layer of biscuit dough and then with the barbecue mixture. Top it off with most of the cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 F.
  • After 18 minutes, top barbecue cups with remaining cheddar cheese and finish baking until the biscuits are cooked.

    GREAT POST! I do something similar to this. I wrap my pulled pork in pie crust and bake to finish the crust. Easy eating and super tasty. Your way sounds super easy to prep....thanks for the recipe.
