This is truly an original recipe from Chef's Pencil.

Ingredients
  • shot sugar syrup
  • 1/2 shot of Fraise de Bois (strawberry liqueur)
  • 1 shot of Advocaat
  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • Martini Glass

Directions
  1. Blend the sugar syrup with the Fraise de Bois and strawberries.
  2. Pour half of it into the base of the martini glass.
  3. To the remaining liquid, add the shot of advocaat, the ice cream and blend again.
  4. Carefully pour this over the back of a spoon to float it on to the first part and serve.
  5. Garnish with berries of your choice (optional).
