Ingredients

1 omaha steak burger (or veggie burger, turkey burger, whatever you like )

2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce and glaze

1 leaf iceburg lettuce (or a bun)

2 to 3 shiitake mushrooms

1 pineapple slice

1 tablespoon curry mayonaise (see recipe below)

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

1 tablespoon roasted red peppers

CURRY MAYO RECIPE -

1/2 cup maynaise, miracle whip is wht I use occasionally

1 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

Prepare curry mayo, refrigerate.

Preheat grill. Grill burger until juices run clear, do not overcook.. Grill mushrooms and pineapple slice. Remove burger, mushroom, and pineapple from grill.

Brull all generously with teriyaki sauce and glaze. Place lettuce leaf on plate and spread with curry mayo.

Top with burger, garnish with mushrooms, and pineapple.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and roasted red peppers.

If using a bun, toast on grill and then spread curry mayo on one side and teriyaki sauce on the other.
