Shanghai Burger

- 1 omaha steak burger (or veggie burger, turkey burger, whatever you like ) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce and glaze shopping list
- 1 leaf iceburg lettuce (or a bun) shopping list
- 2 to 3 shiitake mushrooms shopping list
- 1 pineapple slice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon curry mayonaise (see recipe below) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds shopping list
- 1 tablespoon roasted red peppers shopping list
- curry MAYO RECIPE - shopping list
- 1/2 cup maynaise, Miracle Whip is wht I use occasionally shopping list
- 1 teaspoon curry powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare curry mayo, refrigerate.
- Preheat grill. Grill burger until juices run clear, do not overcook.. Grill mushrooms and pineapple slice. Remove burger, mushroom, and pineapple from grill.
- Brull all generously with teriyaki sauce and glaze. Place lettuce leaf on plate and spread with curry mayo.
- Top with burger, garnish with mushrooms, and pineapple.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and roasted red peppers.
- If using a bun, toast on grill and then spread curry mayo on one side and teriyaki sauce on the other.
