Cappuccino Cream

- 1 cup fresh stong coffee, at room temp shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 pkg light cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 pkg (4 serving) vanilla instant pudding mix shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tub Cool Whip, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- beat coffee and milk gradually into cream cheese in large bowl. Add pudding mix and cinnamon. beat on low speed 1 minute. gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping. spoon into 6 dessert glasses.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, top with remaining whipped topping. Garnish with chocolate and sprinkle with cinnamon.
