Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh stong coffee, at room temp
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pkg light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg (4 serving) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tub cool whip, thawed

Directions
  1. beat coffee and milk gradually into cream cheese in large bowl. Add pudding mix and cinnamon. beat on low speed 1 minute. gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping. spoon into 6 dessert glasses.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, top with remaining whipped topping. Garnish with chocolate and sprinkle with cinnamon.
