Chocolate brownie like base topped with a cream cheese mixture and loaded with chocolate chips!
Ingredients
- Part 1: shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup Hershey's chocolate cocoa shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup oil shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanillla shopping list
- Part 2: shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philidelphia cream cheese shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 6 oz. pkg. of Chocoate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Part 1: Mix inredients together well (mixture will be loose)
- Part 2: Mix together cream cheese, eggs, salt, and sugar until evenly incorporated the add chocolate chips
- Use small cupcake pans lined with papers and fill 3/4 full with the chocolate mixture and then add approximately 1 tsp. of the cream cheese mixture to the top of each.
- Bake for 18 minutes at 350oF
- Best if served at room temperature
