How to make it

  • Combine first 6 ingredients
  • Fold in chopped pecans
  • In large mixing bowl., fold pumpkin mixture into ice cream
  • Line bottom of 13x9x2 pan with half of gingersnaps
  • Top with half of ice cream mixture
  • Repeat layers
  • Freeze until firm( about 5 hours)
  • cut into squares
  • Garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves
