EASTER PIE

- 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust shopping list
- 1 package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 3/4 C. cold water shopping list
- 1 (4-serving size) package instant vanilla flavor pudding mix shopping list
- 1 1/2 C. Cool Whip, thawed shopping list
- 16 miniature chocolate eggs shopping list
- jelly beans and coconut for garnishing (optional). shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in Sweetened Condensed Milk until smooth.
- Add water and pudding mix.
- On low speed, beat until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Spoon 1/2 of filling into pie crust; top with chocolate eggs, (optional).
- Top with remaining filling.
- Chill 3 hours.
- Garnish as desired.
- Store leftovers coverd in refrigerator.
