Ingredients

5 medium baking potatos baked peeled & diced

8 slices of bacon

1 onion diced

1/2 cup all purpose flour

3 14.5 ounce cans chicken broth

2 cups half & half

1 cup sharp shredded chedder cheese

1 cup sour cream

dried parsely

Directions

In dutch oven cook bacon till crisp, drain & crumble to use later

cook onion in drippings till tender

stir in flour & cook for 1 minute stirring constantly

gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly till thick & bubbly

stir in diced potatos, parsely, & half & half

cook for about 10 minutes

stir in sour cream

garnish with cheese and crumbled bacon
