Bourbon Pecan Brie Pastries Recipe
This is one of my favorites. I love Brie and always looking for ways to use it. These are so easy to make but taste like you slaved all day. Are also very nice looking when done. Wish I had a picture.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp bourbon
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 24 mini pastry cups
  • 16 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix brown sugar, butter and bourbon until combined.
  3. Fold in pecans.
  4. Place Brie inside each pastry cup and top with bourbon pecan mixture.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until Brie is bubbly.

Oh, should mention, if you are using frozen pastry cups, cook according to package directions before following recipe directions. :)
