This sweet and savory marinade takes almost no time to make. It's perfect for steak but its also good with chicken or fish. I love it because it's easy and delicious

Ingredients
  • 2 tblsps grated ginger root
  • 2 tblsps honey
  • 1 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup sherry

Directions
  1. 1.Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. 2.Marinate your meat of choice for a minimum of 4 hours then cook meat as preferred.

Very similar to something i just made...
minus the sherry and with the addition of balsamic vinegar...but i guess it has the same effect...
