These are so easy yet so spicy and good. I add jalapenos to mine but that's because I love hot food. Enjoy.

This time we used Great Northern Beans and did something called a "hot soak", where, after boiling beans for 3 minutes, you let sit in the same pot, but covered in fresh water, for 4 hours, with the lid tilted. Then just rinse and cook as directed in chefmeow's recipe. These came out ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
