Moist And Spicy Apple Cake

Easy recipe to prepare, better if you mix it with your hands becouse mix is heavy and sticky. Serve warm with vanila ice cream and cream over cake!
Ingredients
- 500 gr. flour shopping list
- 4 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 3 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teasoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1 teaspoon allspice shopping list
- 1/ 4 teaspoon ground cloves shopping list
- 4 apples cutted in chunks ( don't peel) shopping list
- 1/2 cupsliced almonds shopping list
- 500 gr. sugar shopping list
- 300 ml. oil shopping list
- 10 large beaten eggs shopping list
- 4 teaspoons vanilla scent shopping list
How to make it
- Grease a pan and dust wih flour, or I preffer to use wax paper for this cake.
- Preheat oven to 350º F
- Mix well flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ground ginger, allsice nd cloves. See Photo
- Add all ingredients in the above order mixing each one very well. See Photo
- ( Mix is very sticky ) See Photo
- Pour in the prepared grease pan and spread evenly. See Photo
- Bake until a thin wooden skewer inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean and dry… See Photo. 60 minutes
