Easy recipe to prepare, better if you mix it with your hands becouse mix is heavy and sticky. Serve warm with vanila ice cream and cream over cake!

Ingredients
- 500 gr. Flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teasoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1/ 4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 4 apples cutted in chunks ( don't peel)
- 1/2 cupsliced almonds
- 500 gr. Sugar
- 300 ml. Oil
- 10 large beaten eggs
- 4 teaspoons vanilla scent
Directions
- Grease a pan and dust wih flour, or I preffer to use wax paper for this cake.
- Preheat oven to 350º F
- Mix well flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ground ginger, allsice nd cloves.
- Add all ingredients in the above order mixing each one very well.
- ( Mix is very sticky )
- Pour in the prepared grease pan and spread evenly.
- Bake until a thin wooden skewer inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean and dry…. 60 minutes
