Beirox Casserole

This is a lot easier and faster than the usual Beirox recipes. I got this from a newly wed. Looks a lot tastier than the usual Beirox also.
Ingredients
- 1 small lhead cabbage, chopped shopping list
- 1 large white onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs lean hamburger shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- grated Velveeta cheese shopping list
- 1 can crescent rolls shopping list
- Note: Other vegetables can be added as desired. shopping list
How to make it
- Chop cabbage and cook until it is almost clear (done).
- Brown the hamburger and onion and drain well.
- Mix in the mushroom soup and salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cooked cabbage and use as much grated cheese as you and your family like.
- (I mix the cheese into the other ingredients so it's cheesy throughout).
- Mix together and pour into a 9"x13" pan.
- Layer sheets of the crescent dough on top and press edges together to seal.
- Bake in 400 degree oven until golden brown.
