This is a lot easier and faster than the usual Beirox recipes. I got this from a newly wed. Looks a lot tastier than the usual Beirox also.

Ingredients
  • 1 small lhead cabbage, chopped
  • 1 large white onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean hamburger
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • grated velveeta cheese
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • Note: Other vegetables can be added as desired.

Directions
  1. Chop cabbage and cook until it is almost clear (done).
  2. Brown the hamburger and onion and drain well.
  3. Mix in the mushroom soup and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add cooked cabbage and use as much grated cheese as you and your family like.
  5. (I mix the cheese into the other ingredients so it's cheesy throughout).
  6. Mix together and pour into a 9"x13" pan.
  7. Layer sheets of the crescent dough on top and press edges together to seal.
  8. Bake in 400 degree oven until golden brown.
