Ingredients

2 cans chunk light tuna, drained and flaked

1 C. chopped canned artichoke hearts

½ C. sliced olives

¼ C. chopped scallions

1/3 C. Mayo

3 cloves garlic minced

Directions

In a med bowl, combine all the ingredients. Serve on a bed of lettuce or spinach with sliced tomatoes, or use to stuff hollowed out tomatoes or puff pastry shells.
