This makes a pretty presentation for a luncheon. Any leftovers make great sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 2 cans chunk light tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 C. chopped canned artichoke hearts
- ½ C. sliced olives
- ¼ C. chopped scallions
- 1/3 C. Mayo
- 3 cloves garlic minced
Directions
- In a med bowl, combine all the ingredients. Serve on a bed of lettuce or spinach with sliced tomatoes, or use to stuff hollowed out tomatoes or puff pastry shells.
