Ingredients

Ingredients:

1. 1¼ cups Sugar

2. Oil for greasing

3. 3 small Eggs, beaten

4. 2 2/3 cups shredded Coconut

5. 1 cups semolina

6. 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

Directions

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 300° F.

2. Grease a baking sheet with oil.

3. Mix the beaten Eggs with the Sugar and coconut. Add semolina and walnuts.

4. Mound coconut mixture onto baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.

Serves 8-9
