Orange-cappuccino Creams

                    - 1 ½ lbs. white chocolate, chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cup whipping cream, divided shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely shredded orange peel shopping list
- 1 tablespoon orange liqueur or orange juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon orange extract shopping list
- ½ cup finely chopped walnuts shopping list
- 72(approx.) foil candy cups (1 ¼ to 1 ½ -inch size) shopping list
- 4 teaspoons instant espresso coffee powder or instant shopping list
- coffee crystals shopping list
- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate shopping list
How to make it 
                    - In a large saucepan, combine white chocolate, ½ cup whipping cream,orange peel, orange liqueur or juice and orange extract.
- Stir over low heat until white chocolate is just melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in walnuts. Cool slightly.
- Place mixture in a disposable heavy plastic bag, making a small
- opening at the bottom corner.
- Squeeze mixture through hole in bag to fill foil candy cups.
- Chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, heat ¼ cup whipping cream and espress
- coffee powder or coffee crystals over low heat until dissolved.
- Add semi-sweet chocolate, stirring over low heat 3 to 4 minutes
- or until chocolate melts.
- Spoon ½ teaspoon of semisweet chocolate mixture onto each white chocolate cream.
- Store in refrigerator, serve at room temperature.
- Makes approx. 72 creams.
- Of course I am guessing on the cook and prep times!
