Ingredients

How to make it

  • This is exactly what it says in the book...
  • Find it, dig it, peel it and finely chop in food processor.
  • Stir all ingredients the same way as milk and vinegar seem to curdle if stirred back and forth.
  • Refrigerate in glass jar.
  • May use more horseradish if desired.
  • If anyone dares try this please let me know how it turns out. I'm curious but not curious enough to ruin a perfectly good can of Eagle brand LOL!

I have tried this and it does not taste the way you think it will. I liked it a lot and I'm not a be fan on horseradish.

My question is what do you do with it. Meat sauce?

Wow, not sure about that one GF, I also love Eagle Brand Milk and Horseradish but can't somehow feature the two together. Usually those Auxillary cookbooks are pretty good, but this sounds really weird. When was the book printed? Wonder if there's anyway to contact the person who submitted the recipe. I know homemade horseradish is good, but eagle brand milk is sweet!
