Yummy Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe

Yummy Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe
This really flavorful salad not only looks good but tastes good too! I first had it at a pot luck at work approx. 10 years ago. In a hurry? Knock off the cook time by purchasing a rotisserie chicken at the store

Sounds like something I will love. Man this makes me long for spring and fresh salads! Thank you!

Sounds wonderful, Conner - saving this to try soon. Sounds like my kind of dish. Thanks again - great post!

I'm eating this for lunch today - I should have photographed it for you!!! LOL

I can NEVER find "Original" Ramen noodles, so I use Oriental flavor and it works fine. I make a "simple" version of this, cabbage, cilantro, slivered almonds, the dressing and broken up noodles.

AND, the batch I made the other day with the bagged angel hair cabbage was NOT as good as fresh chopped cabbage!!!

I like using fresh napa cabbage.

Oh yeah i love this how did i miss this one ??? and yes the napa cabbage is the best with this yum yum i want some right now .......
