Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound shrimp per person
  • 2 ears white corn per person
  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage per person
  • 1/2 onion per person
  • 1 bag crab boil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp seafood seasoning per serving

Directions
  1. Bring water to a boil( about a gal.of water)
  2. When water is boiling stir in crab boil and seafood seasoning
  3. Quarter onions and add; to boil and cook 10 minutes
  4. Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces and add to pot; to boil and cook 5 minutes
  5. Add whole ears of corn; to boil and cook 5 minutes
  6. Add unshelled shrimp and cook until they are pink
  7. Turn off heat and drain all water
  8. Serve as soon as your remove from water
  9. This dish may be served on a plastic crawfish tray , can beer brown boxes, or just place newspaper on your patio table ..
