This is a quick and easy meal..or a appetizer. My youngest sons favorite..

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound shrimp per person
  • 2 ears white corn per person
  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage per person
  • 1/2 onion per person
  • 1 bag crab boil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp seafood seasoning per serving
  • small bag of Red potato's (optional)

Directions
  1. Bring water to a boil( about a gal.of water)
  2. When water is boiling stir in crab boil and seafood seasoning
  3. Quarter onions and add; to boil and cook 10 minutes
  4. Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces and add to pot; to boil and cook 5 to 20 minutes Remove from boil when done.
  5. Add whole ears of corn; to boil and cook 10 minutes Remove from boil when done
  6. You may boil some small red potato's for 20 to 25 minutes Remove from boil when done
  7. Add unshelled shrimp and cook until they are pink (less than 10 minutes)
  8. Turn off heat and REMOVE Shrimp from the boiling water when done..(look for the pink color to know that they are done)
  9. After it is removed ..,,Serve as soon as possible...
  10. This dish may be served on a plastic crawfish tray , can beer brown boxes, or just place newspaper on your patio table ..
